Update 2.1.0 the game crashes to desktop at launch at the EA Logo intro

@EA_Groguet So now we need a solution! This farce has been going on for months and it is impossible for many of us to play a game we paid for! Either get to work and fix the problem permanently, or issue refunds. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
