I have reached out to the team again about this issue. It seems at the beginning this was solved for EA app, but the team kept investigating it regarding Steam.

However, I have seen new reports of players regarding EA app. Could you please fill these details?

  • EA ID:
  • Which platform are you on? (Steam/EA app)?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • When did this start (date/time)?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

This nonsense has been going on for 4 months and it is driving me crazy. Why is there no staff at EA? It is obvious they are understaffed. How many times are they going to repeat the same mistakes?
I'm sick of it.
At least give everyone the DLC for free.
