@blacksto1 Found someone saying on Steam that updating to windows 11 helped. I see you already have Windows 11, but taking the bullet after all other solutions failed. Will update on this...

    Upgrading to Windows 11 fixed it, the game starts now. If anyone tries this fix, please note that it asks to activate your Windows license in Settings.

    The version I am on now: 

    Edition Windows 11 Pro
    Version 24H2
    Installed on ‎06-‎Nov-‎24
    OS build 26100.1742
    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.18.0
