Update 2.1.0 the game crashes to desktop at launch at the EA Logo intro

In folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\OpenXR-MotionCompensation
I've found file WRC1.0.0.0.ini created when I've launched the game.

I've opened the file and modify enabled=1 to enabled=0 and saved.

Now the game can be launched with steam.
