(Ver 1.3) Livery Editor: GPU super hot + dropping frame rate by 100fps+.

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug

Still occurs after the November 8th patch.

Adding any decal to the roof in the Livery Editor is setting my GPU on fire.
Even on a blank car, editing 1 decal = a drop from 140 fps to 80 fps.

On a developed livery (~60 decals), editing 1 more decal = a drop from 140 fps to 30 fps. Ie., A loss of 110 fps just to place a decal.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

  1. Livery Editor -> H3 -> Stratos -> New Livery
  2. Decals -> Roof -> Add Decal
  3. Select any decal.
  4. Goodbye FPS.
  5. Press cancel. High FPS returns.
  6. Select the decal again for editing, FPS plummets again.

What happens when the bug occurs?
With 1 decal: 140fps becomes 80 fps, as described.
With 50-70 decals total: 140 becomes 30fps, my GPU jumps to 85°C, its fans jump to 100% and my PC turns into a Yaris Hybrid from the noise.
After a couple of hours of this my whole PC case is very, very warm.
As soon as I stop editing the decal on the roof, it's back to 140fps and my GPU cools down.
With smaller window sizes, the proportion of FPS lost seems to stay about the same.
Eg: At 2560x1440p, I get 160fps before decal, 90fps with editing 1 decal on a blank car.

What do you expect to see?
A consistent frame rate that isn't reduced heavily by editing 1 decal.
And a GPU that isn't being concerningly set on fire.

Feels a little scary because this looks like it's roasting my GPU now every time I just wanna work on my livery.
