What happens when the bug occurs? My voice is coming across like a child's voice to the other player. Technically, I can't explain it perfectly, but it seems like the pitch setting might be off.

Previously, I was communicating with my friends by connecting a wired headset to my Xbox gamepad, and there were no issues. After I got the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5X headset, they say my voice sounds like a child's. When I use the headset on my phone, PC, and other games and apps on Xbox, I don't experience this problem.
