Windshield effects broken w/ Very Low Reflections

I also notced this UGLY annyoing bug for all cars.
Also when the car is staying on the ground this window effects flickering in itself without a move

Devs shoud REMOVE this annoying windows fake reflection effect. We don't need this at all
