Same here.. They’ve been telling me since the besinning of november they Will fix this problem asap. Such *. Wasted money.
After update 1.5 I guess it's not registering as important but it's totally messing up my full enjoyment as I invested in a G923 and second XBSX simply for this title in a modest rig and as they had Dirt 2.0 with Trueforce and it seemed a given the same Devs would implement it. The PS5 and PC versions having it is utterly insulting to XBox users.

Pretty sure there won't be Trueforce support. The problem is a complete change in SDK on the console side from XDK to GDK. Logitech have asked the WRC team about the Xbox situation but they're probably undermanned and/or completely uninterested in getting it fixed.
