I also have the same problem, I contacted EPIC and they say it's EA's problem. EA responded to me with a bunch of basic steps that it had already taken.
I was able to access the game when I subscribed to Xbox Game Pass because I had access to the base game. The game we bought from Epic is missing the base game, it's as if it only had the DLC.
The solution would be if EPIC or EA provided us with a key with the base game. They have been aware of this problem for weeks from what I saw here on the forum and have not done anything yet.
EA, provide a key to all of us who are wasting our time waiting.
@EA_Groguet Please give us an update of the solution for this problem, its almost a month with this issue and still with no solution.
The solution is as easy as giving the base game and fixed it, they did it to me, I don't understand why not to the rest

我在epic上购买的就是 base game , EA Sports WRC 24依然提示 you don`t have access，安装游戏时要绑定EA，绑定EA后就提示这个信息了。
尝试过的方法 依然失败：
1. 恢复EA App，并重启电脑。
2. 重启EA APP，并重启电脑。
3. 将EA APP重新换一个位置安装，并重启电脑。
4. 解绑Unlink所有与EA有关联的平台,并重新绑定Epic与EA,再次绑定后,只能半年后才能解绑了。
