WRC gives error message "Corrupted save: 07453C5F-6E6EAD9C-8B4D1797 after update

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug WRC gives error message "Corrupted save: 07453C5F-6E6EAD9C-8B4D1797 your player profile is corrupted I played for 47 hours. I was in the end of season 2, WRC Junior class and historic RWD class.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game after update
What happens when the bug occurs? All progress wiped in career after update 1.4.0 WRC gives error message "Corrupted save: 07453C5F-6E6EAD9C-8B4D1797 your player profile is corrupted
What do you expect to see? My progress and all in that saved games, team, cars, season progress..

Restore option given doesn't work, it gives the same message: "corrupted save, restore failed" 

UPDATE!: I tried the option "remove content  and continue" and now game works but all progress is wiped.

    Summarize your bug At startup WRC gives an error message "Corrupted save: 6522DF69 - 6522DF69 - CF228F62 Your Player Ghost is corrupted.
    I played for 102 hours. I had just finished season 2 (WRC Junior/R4/H2 RWD).
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game after update
    What happens when the bug occurs? All progress has been wiped in career after update 1.4.0.
    Team setup, achievements, game XP level, Moments progress and Leaderboard times are all still intact.
    What do you expect to see? My career progress, and everything related to that game part, to be restored (incl. garage).

    I played for 30 hours. I was in the end of season 2 WRC 2.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game after update
    What happens when the bug occurs? All progress wiped in career after update 1.4.0 WRC gives error message "Corrupted save: 07453C5F-6E6EAD9C-8B4D1797 your player profile is corrupted.

    The restore option doesn't work, it gives the same message: "corrupted save, restore failed".

    What do you expect to see? Accessing my profile without the need to delete it completely or restart with a new profile.
