Hello

Since the 1.5.1 update, the PS5 Dualsense vibrates the whole race. I tried shutting down all vibrations in the game. No change.

Worst thing is that I feel like my pad is trying to do the motor sound with vibrations... I always play with sound on 0 in the PS5 main settings.

I think that I can just throw my game

Hey there,

Thank you for reporting this. As far as I am understanding, this is only happening while racing, right? Do you feel it on the menus?

I am gathering information to report this to the team.

    Only during the stage. It starts at the countdown and continues couple seconds after the stage.

    Vibration is pretty constant and low-to-medium in strength. 

    As mentioned, reducing vibrations to 0 in game options does not take away this. No or does turning the vibration totally off in game options

    I'd say that it tries to mimic engine vibration. And note that other vibration effects are almost non-existent.

      Weirdly I had disabled vibration and triggers I. PS5 menu as I was playing a game that didn’t need them on.  Anyway forgot to turn them on and only realised I wasn’t getting any feedback when I was on track. Paused game went to controller settings menu on PS5 turned vibration and triggers back on and to strong and everything seems as it should.  🤷🏻‍♂️. Until they fix this  issue.  Try starting game with pad vibration off then. Turn it on when in game.

    Hey Groguet.

    Yes, it is only happening while driving. It is not happening in the menus.
    I'd also like to elaborate on my original post. The vibration values and adjustments made to them are correct from what I feel. I am wrong when I said there was no difference.

    However, there is still vibration in the controller when turning Vibration "Off". Upon further inspection, the *extra* vibration felt through the controller is not tied to any of the vibration options, but feels more like an extra layer of vibration coming from the engine. It's as if the engine vibration is duplicated, and the "duplication" is set to the default value. This extra layer of vibration led me to believe that the other adjustments made no difference.
    As mentioned in an earlier comment, you can feel/hear the engine revs through the vibration motors in the Dualsense controller.

    Bonjour, même problème depuis la mise à jour 1.5.1 la Dualsense PS5 n’arrête pas de vibrer (uniquement en mode course) dans n’importe quel mode et surface. Ma manette reproduit le bruit du moteur tel que certains joueurs ont pu le rencontrer. Même en réduisant le pourcentage de vibration ou en l’arrêtant, on ne fait rien !!! Ce n’est pas du tout amusant à conduire, c’est horrible !! Tous les joueurs à la manette sont affectés par ce problème. Avant cette mise à jour 1.5.1, tout fonctionnait correctement. J’espère que le problème sera corrigé rapidement, merci pour votre réponse.

    Hello, same problem since update 1.5.1 the Dualsense PS5 does not stop vibrating (only in racing mode) in any mode and surface. My controller reproduces the noise of the engine as some players may have encountered. Even reducing the vibration percentage or stopping it does nothing!!!!
    It's not fun to drive at all, it's horrible!! All controller players are affected by this issue.
    Before this 1.5.1 update, everything worked correctly.
    I hope the problem will be corrected quickly, thank you for your reply.

    Comme on peut le voir, le problème est la vibration constante du moteur, même en le réduisant à 0% la vibration continue, il y a un bug sur le retour de force et la vibration du moteur. Le paramètre ne fonctionne pas. Quel que soit le mode et la surface, il reste le même.

    Le réglage de la première photo est à 0%, la vibration est là, la deuxième photo à 90% est toujours la même, la vibration est la même qu’à 0%

    S’il vous plaît corriger le bogue.

      @Hommell35 I agree with you as it feels like I’m holding an engine in my hands 🙄. As they made some audio changes I even tried reducing the engine volume as I wondered if someone accidentally tied engine volume slider to Engine FFB slider 🤷🏻‍♂️

         @ScarDuck14 C’est exactement ça, vous avez l’impression de tenir le moteur dans vos mains. Il y a un bug dans le réglage du retour de force et des vibrations du moteur, cela se produit depuis la mise à jour, mercredi soir je n’ai pas eu ce problème, et jeudi soir après 1.5.1 vibration continue est impossible de l’ajuster .

      Ils avaient corrigé ce bug dans la MAJ 1.4 et lol ils reviennent avec dans celle-ci 1.1.5.1...

      Déjà que j'avais lâcher le jeu 1 mois décembre-janvier en attendant la correction du bug de carrière là je crois que je vais le lâcher définitivement!

    @EA_Groguet as we can see, the problem is the constant vibration of the engine, even reducing it to 0% the vibration continues, there is a bug on the force feedback and the vibration of the engine. The setting does not work. Whatever the mode and surface, it remains the same. Here is some other information. Please correct this problem
