Xbox game bar

Summarize your bug Xbox game bar will not retain the setting "remember this is a game" as of patch 1.9. This prevents AMD 7900/7950x3d cpu's from prioritizing CC0 decreasing perfomance.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game > Windows key & G > General tab > Click "Remember this is a game > Close game bar > Reopen game bar > Box is still unchecked
What happens when the bug occurs? Game prefers frequency CCD 1 rather than cache CCD 0.
What do you expect to see? Worse CPU performance.
