Xbox series x screen tearing

Awful, 1 year later, awful. 

Have bought and paid for 24 dlc. Still performance issues plague my gameplay. Screen tearing, almost unplayable in built up areas, crowd areas, when there is weather, when there's street lighting at night, when ever there's alot of complex ffb. 

But Ea will sell more broken game, please fix what's there 1st.. It's terrible for a game that's a year old. 

However it's massively improved from the disgusting state it released in! Thanks
