1 player in queue
A while ago, my account was hacked and cheats were used on it. As a result, I got banned and couldn't play anymore. Later, EA acknowledged that my account had been compromised and helped me recover it and lift the ban.
However, ever since then, I haven't been able to find any matches in any game mode, including the firing range. It always shows just one person in the queue, and it never progresses.
This bug was officially acknowledged in the main thread (link below) by a Community Manager, EA_Mari , who marked the issue as "Solved". However, as the thread clearly shows, dozens of users like myself were subsequently ignored, proving the fix was not universal and the problem persists.

This is a widespread, known, and officially acknowledged issue that EA support channels are actively failing to resolve for all affected players.
