2500 euro pc but still having input lag spikes every minute

I am having lag spikes every minute or few minutes, some of them are only for a few seconds or a second, but the most are even 10-20 seconds and im getting sick of it, because these issues should not be happening with the pc i have right now (rtx 5070 12gb trio oc, 7800x3d, 5600 32gb ram, 990 pro samsung 2tb ssd) everytime i have one of these spikes my ping spikes from 25 to 50-200 or even more. The longer the spikes, the higher the ping. please help me because i can't play one single game without having to stand still and die the whole time.
