500 packs do not grant heirloom shards

Yep I thought I was going crazy, got my first heirloom at like level 200 I am now 479 also have spent 300+ just on packs last like 3 months and more money spent before that I am 100% sure I have passed the 500 mark. Sadly since they don’t have any way to track how many packs you opened nothing will come from it. Probably will just fix it and not say anything.

Just watched Birno’s new video…

So I made a post that said I had 4k hours I’m  approaching 4.3k. NO Heirloom… not a single one so this time instead of some guy marking it as solved, answer my question EA!!! Somebody!! I don’t want to hear from any active or previous players obvious 99% of the community has been lied too. Come to find out I’ve opened wayyy more than 500 packs so what do I need to do and I’m not spending money on a free to play game just can’t do that in this economy. So hopefully they fix it or something cause like I just want an heirloom I can’t even lie I don’t know how I got to the highest rank in the game 5x and I can’t get a lil reward for unfortunately giving this game YEARS of my life holy

I had a hunch that I was close to hitting my pity for the apex packs. I’m almost level 500 and have yet to pull an heirloom. I’ve bought occasional battle passes and bought packs with coins and very now and then so I was confident that I was close. I opened around 120 in the last two days. I don’t pull anything, but i imagined I was just that much closer. I see this video on YouTube

Dude rips 500 packs, doesn’t get shards. Gets on another account to test if it was just his account because he had every heirloom. Rips another 500 on the other account and again no shards. So now I’m questioning if I’m over my 500 pity and am very weary to add more money in until an official statement comes out.
