6th Anniversary prize tracker - Didn't receive (can't equip) a reward

This happened to me as well. I've completely finished the Anniversary Event pass and the only thing that I haven't received is the Sevpha 6th Anniversary tracker set. In the "Event Pass" screenshot I've attached, you can see that there are check marks on the trackers. But as the "No Tracker Proof" screenshot shows, those specific trackers aren't showing, even though the other tracker sets from this event are. I've checked my whole tracker art list multiple times and haven't found them.
