Hello,
my account level has been reset and I do not receive any rewards for leveling up my account.
I have started playing on this account around when Apex released, back when the game was available on Origin. When I stopped playing Apex (not sure of exact date/time) I am sure my account level was 100+, and in provided screenshot in EA app you can see I have at least 352 hours in the game.
I wanted to get back to Apex around April 2024 on EA app. That's when I first noticed the level was reset but didn't make much of it because I again shelved the game until now.
Now I dowloaded the game via Steam, gained a few levels and noticed that I can't receive any rewards for leveling the account. For example on provided screenshots you can see the balance of "Legend Tokens" does not change between levels 11 and 12.
I don't think I lost any weapon/legend skins from what I can remember.
This is the only account I have ever played Apex on.
Ideas
Account level reset and missing level rewards.

Unlink your platform accounts from your EA AccountHowever, you can check your EA Account here, and see if your EA Account is still linked to your Steam Account.

Strange... I wonder why, (although in your screenshot, you had circled the level 12 rewards before you had hit level 12).

I don't think I have ever unlinked my steam account from my EA account or linked to another.

Snowyxy Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (this means that if you had connected your Steam Account to another EA Account, it won't have access to your original Apex progress and data).
As for not getting the Legend Tokens, sometimes items don't appear right away and would require loading into a match or relogging into the game.
Lastly, if your account was banned at any point prior to Cross-Progression hitting your account, (which was being rolled out from October 31st 2023 through early 2024), it wouldn't of been merged as banned accounts were sadly excluded from Cross-Progression.I did notice on a 3rd party Apex Stat Tracker, that you were level 131:
Apex Tracker > PC > SnowyxyDid you at any point unlink your Steam Account from your EA Account? (That might be why, as unlinking can cause some issues).
Weirdly enough, another 3rd party Apex Stat Tracker is showing that you are level 14 right now:
