APEX abandonment penalty

I was playing ranked matches in Apex Legends as a Predator. Suddenly, a glitch occurred causing my ping to exceed 1000, resulting in a forfeit penalty and a significant loss of points—around 200 points.

All the points I had diligently accumulated through daily ranked play were wiped out in just a few minutes, which was infuriating, and I wanted to file a complaint.

I would like to request that the game's administrators refund my points and fix the bug.

Regarding the issue where the game screen glitched into the "underworld," froze, and resulted in an abandonment penalty:

I’ve been penalized and dropped from Predator rank due to this exact situation in both the previous season and the current one.
I cannot accept this.
I want my points back.
If you can't restore them, then please implement a system to handle this.
I’ve lost points so many times I’ve lost count.

I recently spent 50,000 yen on this game to buy Heirloom Shards—I want that back.
Why am I being treated this way?
Give me back my points.

While we can certainly pass along any bug reports, I'm afraid we are unable to manually grant RP.

If you have any more details about the glitch that we could pass along, please let us know. Without additional details this sounds like a disconnect from a lag spike, so it may be worth checking through these steps to try and prevent that from occurring again in the future.
