Apex can't retrieve my acc data from servers, again.

It was like a year ago, during 4-5 days, now it's again.

Entering my acc on console, but Apex can't retrieve my acc data from servers. I can play, but all the tabs are greyed out. It's annoying, fix it pls. If admins need an additional info, contact me pls. 

And yes, I can't do shopping /O\
