Do you have any other emails or EA accounts you may have used in the past?
It looks like the account you're posting with was created only recently, so if you'd played Apex 5+ months ago that would have been on a different account. Progress cannot be transferred between different accounts, so as long as you're able to locate whichever account was used earlier you should be able to regain access to that progress.
If you don't recall or no longer have access to a particular account, it would be worth contacting support directly so they can help try to locate and update the account as needed.

I play Apex Legends exclusively through Steam. Even after following all troubleshooting steps, the game always opens as a Level 1 account with no previous progress.
I believe my Steam account may be linked to a newly created EA account instead of the original EA account that had my Apex Legends progress (200+ hours). I did not intentionally create a new EA account, but Apex consistently launches a fresh profile.
I am unable to locate or recall the original EA account details and would appreciate your help in identifying it using my Steam account information and past Apex Legends activity.
Please let me know what verification details are required so that my Steam account can be correctly linked to the original EA account and my progress restored.
