having the same issue, i was originally playing on steam but accidentally linked and other ea account, and since ea doesnt allow you to unlink accounts before 6 month, but of course doesnt tell you that's the case before you do it, i cant play at all now since the EA app doesnt work either. This is just dumb all around, especially considering the time it is taking to fix it

If you had unlinked the Steam account from your end, that timeframe would have been in the warning that appears before you're able to unlink an account and the help article here. Here's a look at how that appears in case that was missed.
If you had accidentally removed the link, it may be worth contacting support to see what other options they may have to help get the right accounts re-linked prior to then.
