Why only 1 steam link per-account tho? What if your steam account gets hacked and gotta switch it. Then you lose everything and theres no fix?

I also want to know as I have two id, one has heirloom while other id is lvl 20 something and that id is linked to steam but I want steam to be linked with my main id
