Apex Legends Lifeline Edition and Saviors Pack Not Showing Up In-Game

I have successfully redeemed the disc version of the Lifeline Edition on Xbox using the code given in the disc box and the Savior's Pack on Steam for 6 months and they still haven't shown up. I tried the EA app to launch the game, reinstalling the game on both PC and Xbox, using the disc to download the game and I still can't get it to show up. I asked support from EA and they told me to ask Xbox and Steam which both responded that they can't do anything and the items shown up successful in my purchases and DLC section. So, its just a back and forth game with the support systems. I heard that it might be because they are already delisted from Apex Legends so even if the codes are redeemable they won't show up in-game because of that so I don't know if that's my issue exactly but if so they should be redeemable like other games with their DLC's and I hope this can be implemented if it's not already.
