apex keeps saying that i was using gameplay enhancements and they banned me perm for it. i have no gameplay enhancements and i keep telling them that and they wont give me any proof that i was using it is anyone also having this issue

Many players have reported it, and I think you should report it to EA instead of posting some useless words here. If TOS really carefully reviewed the players, they wouldn't have posted here
