My account was falsely banned on apex legends, mid game, I haven’t said inappropriate words to anyone and of course never cheated but yea got banned, my level was over 200 and also spent 300$ to get heirlooms and now I’m banned. I don’t play ranked and my kd is below one and my highest dmg was around 2.5k. I used to see posts of people getting false banned but never did I expect that to happen to me. I provided proof of me playing on my account and yet these support team rejects my appeal and says they can’t provide any proof of me cheating or anything that leads to the ban. Im so sorry that I’m not an apex content creator with over 100k subscribers of course y’all wouldn’t care if the player being banned was a person who isn’t a content creator. Anyways that’s it I can’t appeal anymore so I gotta take the L. Ea support team is bunch of bots
Hence why players are leaving this game in droves
This is a widespread issue that EA have yet to speak about or acknowledge.
same happened to me i downloaded my account data it shows a random ip logged into my account and it says my banned reason is aimsnapping on xbox. i havent owned an xbox in 5 years
