This issue is not limited to a single account. Hundreds of players are reporting permanent bans for “gameplay enhancement” across platforms like X, TikTok, and here on the EA forums.
Many affected players state they have never used cheats, macros, or third-party software. When appealing, they receive the same automated response and the appeal is denied without any specific explanation.
Being repeatedly directed to the appeal process does not help if the outcome is always the same and no additional information is provided.
Given the number of similar reports, this should be reviewed as a potential detection or enforcement issue rather than isolated cases.
Ive been affected by this. Awaiting my 3rd appeal to probably be told that its a final decision and that their investigating leads to that outcome

albinextdoor & Krule-Dru As mentioned before in other threads, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as bans cannot be handled here on the forums.
Unfortunately the "TOS team" you speak of is filled with automated responses and no clear investigation. I will continue to post and spread awareness as the the appealing system does not help with understanding a possible bug that is affecting others, only in appealing to the false positive you were issued. If you are able to raise more concern about this, it would only help the situation. Thank you

Krule-Dru If you were told to "not expect anything further", then that does mean that the ban will be upheld.

I understand what you are saying, however since bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, there isn't anything that can be done about it on the forums.
