Unfortunately the "TOS team" you speak of is filled with automated responses and no clear investigation.
Krule-Dru If you were told to "not expect anything further", then that does mean that the ban will be upheld.
I will continue to post and spread awareness as the the appealing system does not help with understanding a possible bug that is affecting others, only in appealing to the false positive you were issued.
I understand what you are saying, however since bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, there isn't anything that can be done about it on the forums.

albinextdoor I haven't been told anything yet, (which would make sense as its a ban related issue), and I sadly don't have an ETA either.
Would to hear back when you understand perhaps a little more.
