I joined a group for players who were wrongly banned, and after communicating with many players there, I've basically come to the conclusion that: you can only try to appeal continuously, with intervals of one week to one month between each appeal, until your appeal is "luckily" received by one of the few TOS staff members who are actually still working. Most players' appeals and evidence are only processed by AI or other automated review mechanisms, without any real human review, and are then ruthlessly and quickly rejected. Just today, I saw a player who had been appealing for nearly 7 months before their appeal was finally reviewed by a human and they were unbanned.
With EA facing acquisition, many employees are only focused on making as much profit as possible, rather than fulfilling their jobs and responsibilities. So, as an innocent victim, I can only say to believe in yourself and persevere. If you are innocent, don't let the dirty darkness obscure the truth.
I hope its true but EA doesnt care what i write or how many proofs i send them. They scammed me literally and they dont care about it even tho thousands of players are complaining!

That's why I say that the current TOS team has almost no real people seriously fulfilling their job responsibilities. I analyzed all possible reasons for the erroneous ban and submitted over 20 appeals and numerous pieces of evidence. Unfortunately, almost all of my appeals were rejected as soon as they entered the "Transferred" stage, which clearly indicates that my appeals were processed by AI or other automated review systems, not by human reviewers. I am very distressed and desperate, but given the current culture of apathy within EA, as an innocent victim, I can only continue to appeal as I mentioned above, hoping that one of the few employees who are still dedicated to their work will see my appeal.
