I have the same problem too. I was banned in July, while I was not even in the game for several days and my appeals were denied.

I even downloaded my EA data, nothing there, just ban for "Gameplay Enhancement"

I would never even think of cheating as my account is from season 2, I use a ps4 controller on PC but I really doubt that is a problem.
