My account got banned on 17 Jan, of course for "Gameplay Enhancement". I can be sure I have never used any cheats. I was playing TDM when I got banned.
My account is so important to me. I have played 3000 hours since it was created in Season 17, and reached level 1755. I have sunk $7000 dollars into this game; my account possesses 1900 legendary skins and EVERY SINGLE HEIRLOOM ITEM. I even reached Level 100 on every Premium Plus to get the badge. The ban has to be a mistake. Frankly, I was so sad, I even dreamed about getting unbanned several times recently. They cannot take that away from me without providing any solid proof or reason.
And of course, my appeals got declined within a few hours or two days after submission. I highly suspect that none of my appeals were viewed by actual staff. They just have the bots to deal with all these things.
It just turns out that this game is so awful except for its content. The anti-cheat system and TOS team are ABSOLUTE JOKES. They only serve famous streamers and pros. Banning thousands of accounts every day, and the hackers keep farming in ranks. Hackers can just spend a few dollars to buy a new low-level account and keep cheating on that after getting banned. The ban will cost them nothing. Things are completely different when it comes to normal players with high-level accounts they spent time and money on. They should be careful when dealing with the ban on high-level account. And the TOS team should do their job to actually help people like me. There is no way I would accept that ban and switch to a new account. So I guess the whole system is designed to push normal player away.
