I really envy you for getting unbanned. I’m not a native English speaker, so I’ve been using translation software to read and reply to this thread.
I’ve been trying to contact Respawn and the ToS team since last October. I was wrongfully banned without even an email notification. Now, my ban record has even disappeared from the Help Center. It’s completely absurd and unjust.
If Respawn can unban you, please take a look at my situation.
I’m just a casual solo player with 500 average damage and a 1.0 KD. How could I possibly cheat on an account I’ve invested so much time and money into, just to ruin the game environment?
I will keep following this issue because I am completely innocent.
The unfair treatment I’ve received is wrong.
