Well, should we try to appeal again?? I mean, i already tried multiple times (without the expected result ofc) and it seems it gave me the option for appealing again. Should I go for it or save it for later?

Im not unbanned but my account  doenst have a penalty on it anymore so im very confused

    This is simply a long-standing vulnerability on the EA HELP website. Your penalty records will randomly disappear and then randomly reappear. This won't actually affect your ban, because your penalty decision is always active in their system's backend.
