I changed my email address in early January, so the system is currently locking me out of changing it again. I am completely stuck. Since this is clearly an unjust ban, I want to share my timeline here in hopes that it might help others dealing with the same issue. On February 15th, I received a mysterious ban for gameplay enhancement. I appealed it through my case history, and the ban was actually lifted. However, just a few days later on February 20th, I was hit with the exact same gameplay enhancement ban again. This time, the appeal system is completely broken for me, leaving me at an absolute dead end. My situation is extremely similar to what happened to the OP, Edan. It is completely unacceptable that when this happens to a regular player, the system is structured in a way that leaves us with absolutely zero recourse. To be honest, EA's current support structure and attitude are just as frustrating and problematic as the actual rule-breakers. I truly hope that everyone here gets their cases escalated to the ToS team and that your unjust bans are lifted as soon as possible.
