Battle pass bugged

This is for the Season 24 split 1 battle pass

Mozskii  Do you own the base Battle Pass or were you gifted the Ultimate+ Pass by a friend on Xbox?

If you were gifted the Ultimate+ Pass, you would need to own the base Battle Pass for these items to unlock. If you had bought the Ultimate+ Pass outright, then that would be a bug.

Midnight9746I bought the ultimate battlepass outright, did the same on my main account got everything normally there. It somehow bugged out from the community event if I put all the pieces together. I was given the 20 stars then later started the game again and bam all of a sudden I was level 64 but didn't have the skins (Packs and coins were given to me) but not the skins. It shows I own 5 skins for the alternator but only have 4 so the game says I have the skin but I don't. 

Mozskii  Have you tried to level up by completing a daily or weekly challenge yet, (to hit level 61 or beyond)?

Midnight9746 I am level 100 already so no sadly can't get the rewards by leveling up. 

Midnight9746I mean the game says I have the skin (on the triple take and alternator skin page) It says I have 5/41 skins but I only have 1 purple and 3 white skins, so the game says I have the cosmetics but they are not there, I can't equip them or see them. Maybe I bugged something out by relogging during the community event and the stars got duplicated somehow so the Battlepass leveled up but the game didn't actually recognize the stars since I didn't earn them? Idk just a theory.

Mozskii  I'm not sure either.

Midnight9746Oh well, the only thing I can do is wait and hope it  gets seen  and  fixed for me I guess.

Midnight9746Fun thing : D Turns out I have the same problem on the split 2 battlepass that just came out. I get the skins but they aren't on the character to equip but the skin counter says for example 4/30 again and I just have 3 skins there. XD 

That kind of sounds like files are somehow missing, or that the skins are not loading.
