Bugged lobby and missing rewards

Omg, I thought I was the only one with this issue. I re bought the ash spotlight pass and never got any of my packs along with my bp rewards too. I’ve had this happen ever since yesterday, I’m just trying to play ranked 😭

I do hope this gets fixed asap!!

The same thing has happened to me this season I bought the horizon octain and wraith pass the plus the ultimate plus pass and I've not been getting any of the rewards and it keeps loading pls fix this asap or else I'm quitting this season 😭 

same with me and lifeline pass i spent money to just not be able to use anything

Same as myself.. since 3 hours is this "bug" up and Ea won't do anything? Is this normal?

Yep it is they take ages with this kind of thing it's there fault for not checking these things and we are all paying for it 😭 

Same thing happened to me, spent $80 last night, first time I’ve spent money on a game in a while, just for the passes to glitch and my screen to load for 12 hours, this happened to me 12 hours ago why is this still a problem literally spent money for my game to get bugged 😭

It's sadly normal i think.. was in the support live chat and the supporter wouldn't help. 

That’s happening to my account right now started last night and still bugged.

If anouph complain they'll do something because it'll bring back traction to the game they don't want 

We need to switch all to another game that they can notice.

Same thing happened me, bought bloodhound spotlight pass completed a quest and bugged out on me, thought it was only me as my friend didn’t have this issue, also before this started I opened a pack and got 2 stat trackers when I have all items from packs and should have gotten 3 crafting 

Same here, I was saying if they don't fix it then my account will always be bugged but the woman I spoke with said she can't do much but raise it up with the team because she is only customer service 

I've lost hope that they fix this today..

It's quite crazy how we've spent money and can't enjoy and play the game as a result. Hoping this draws the teams attention and they can fix this soon

I have the same with the octane pass, it's already around 14 hours

The more traction it gets the quicker the problem will be fixed 

Hi, I have a bug on my Apex Legends PS5 account: I can play matches, but tabs (Play, Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend Locker, Store) do not open, Apex Packs are missing, resources show -9999, and a recently opened pack skin (text was red) disappeared before I could see it. I have tried cache, rebuild, restore licenses, changing Data Center, and relogging. Please force sync my account and restore the lost Apex Pack reward. Thanks.

(Is there some human support to help with this bc im starting to lose patience with these ea support bots )

its the same for anyone who has brought a spotlight pass this has been happening for a lot of people we shouldn't have to wait this long for a fix EA takes the mick with things like this, noticed that they are fixing other bugs and ignoring this one smh 12+ hrs with not even a response 

I have the same problem with the game, the Legends Pass, and the event rewards and challenges. The game menu keeps loading and loading 

Me too! I didn't recieve my gold gun skin and I can't change my skin or buy a stuff! I need to pay and buy the skins!😓😓😓

The thing is, they see this sync bug as a little problem so they wont fix that asap. They will fix crashing problems etc. first but not a "little' bug like that...
