Can’t buy apex coins because of a bug

Hello it’s been 3 days trying to buy apex packs. Giving the authorise from steam to use money from my wallet but on the apex store screen it’s just refreshing and it won’t continue my buy. I saw this topic general in other posts but found nothing. Seems something is strange. Any solution?
