Can’t login on my ps5

I’ve had this Apex account for years and it’s been connected to my Xbox. I’m trying to connect this Apex account to my PS five to give the Game a try again but it keeps giving a different email than the email I signed in on my Xbox. Does anybody know how to fix this?
