Can't see friends in Apex, regardless of platform

EA_Mako​  The same issue persists. i can't even see the crossplay option to enable in my game settings. i tried it on EA App and Steam as well. i can't see my friend,s nor can they see me online. Please help us!

I am actually AMAZED that how worse apex can be every day with new bugs. it's been 2,3 weeks I can't find my friends that are playing on playstation while I play on PC. I will delete this game and no longer play, just feeling sorry how could they ruin this beatiful game, I've had enough of bugs!!

I’m still having this issue, I am on PS5 and don’t see my Xbox friends online. :/ rocket league it is …

yes this issue happened with me, my partner and his brother, 2 of us play PC and the other one is on PS. we havent been able to play together all week due to this issue. i can confirm its still not fixed.

Me and my buddy have been finding each other in mixtape but still can't find each other in our own friends list. 💀
