I grinded all the character challenges for Axle and unlocked her, opening her thematic packs and even purchasing one of her legendary skins with crafting mats and now I find I cannot play her anymore...

I did all of the challenges for the new character AXLE season OVERCLOCKED and on May 19th I went to look at cosmetics for her and she was locked I know I unlocked her because it gave me the thematic pack so please EA give me axle back!
I am experiencing the exact same issue on PC (EA App). I finished all the Axle challenges before the reset, but the character remains locked. It seems like a synchronization bug.
Same problem here. I am pretty sure I unlocked it and even got the unlocking animation, but after the reset it simply disappears.

it it not just one person. this is happening to literally everybody who has done these quests please fix this EA
Same issue for me as well, game's going down the gutter they can't even give people the rewards they grind for. Not only in this situation but recently with the Heirloom shards and horizon skin. I'm sure there are more examples these are just the most recent that have effected me personally.
