I grinded all the character challenges for Axle and unlocked her, opening her thematic packs and even purchasing one of her legendary skins with crafting mats and now I find I cannot play her anymore...

EA_Mako Given that you acknowledge previous legends were unlocked via similar challenges, why was it not explicitly stated that the challenges did not unlock the character upon completion?
I could be wrong, but I don't think it was possible to permanently unlock the character during the time when Axle was available to play for all people, further implying that the completion of challenges would unlock the character.

It was explicitly stated that the rewards for completing the challenges was an Axle Thematic Pack, and not mentioned anywhere (that I'm aware of, please let me know if you're seeing otherwise) that Axle herself would be unlocked.Please see the attached image from the earlier post. This would be the information available directly in-game on the challenges themselves, stating what would be received on completion.
