Code:Tap Error

On steam and on EA I am unable to get into ranked matches. As soon as it connects me to match it DC's me back to the main menu with the error Code:Tap. I have looked up everything for fixes and tried them all to no avail. This has never happened before and I've played since season 0. Seems to have started since the Aftershock update released. Any update or info on this getting fixed anytime soon?
