Consistent Freeze issue

The game freezes after about 10–15 minutes of gameplay while Windows stays responsive. CPU spikes to 100% and the freeze lasts 5–15s. After it recovers, the game has packet loss and the issue repeats every 5–60s. This makes the game unplayable.I have tried clean driver reinstall, disabling iGPU/hybrid mode, lowering graphics, capping FPS, reinstalling the game, removing overlays, and checking thermals. Nothing fixes it.
