Constant code:tap since start of Season 30

Since the start of this season I get constant code:tap errors when queuing for ranked. Only happens in ranked mode. Started day 1 of this season. I've updated all drivers, repaired game files, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried different servers, closed all other apps etc. Nothing fixes it. I never got this error before season 30, now i can play one or two games then I get the bug multiple games in a row until it finally lets me into a match. I'm constantly missing teammates, so clearly it is happening to other players too
