Constant freezing, Out of sync with server error

Since the beginning of this last split, my game has constantly been freezing in ranked games. Sometimes to the point where I’m frozen/stuck for 15+ minutes. Sometimes it will kick me out with a “Out of sync with server” error. Once I try to get back in the game it shows that I abandoned the game, and I get a penalty. I’ve lost 192RP because of this issue, which I believe is extremely unfair. I have video evidence if needed. Please correct this and give me the lost RP back! My user is TheSevenSwords7
