Crash during launch

I have a new PC with up-to-date drivers and Windows.
I can't start Apex Legends from Steam on this PC, but don't have any problem with other games (20+).
The startup crashes with "The application has encountered an unexpected error" message and generates a .dmp file.
I reinstalled Apex multiple times and even Windows once.
After Windows reinstallation Steam+Apex were the first two applications on the PC.
I tried to uninstall Apex from Steam and run it from EA app as administrator as well but got the same error.
I tried to remove the EAC folder and repair Apex in EA app.
All overlays and monitoring tools are disabled.

I contacted the support, but these were all their ideas and they asked me to open a ticket here.
