Crash report handler

Since this season, I often had some crashes.
First one was game error integrity 0x8000001, during the game. I tried to fix it with help on net. 
Then now, it's when I launch Apex from my steam. A crash report handler open and create memory dump.
I tried eveyrthing, cache, repairing, uninstall and install, delete the temp folders on my windows. I tried to free some space on my stockage. But It still don't work. 
It is very common on pc not on playstation.
