We've seen a small number of these as well and the team is looking into the matter, though I don't have a specific ETA for a fix at this time. Thanks for the patience while we're working to get this fixed up.
I have the same problem on pc. Only on one account has this happened to me, and it's a main account; others work. I deleted the game and its files manually and reinstalled the game, then verified game files, yet nothing worked. plz fix.
