Crashing non-stop

I have been empiercing crashes since the 2026 update, even after deleting and reinstalling the game on the EA APP. eventually I got it to load into the game menu I.E attempt to queue into games however after loading, before legend selection I pause and crash. I've tried reconnecting into the game where it could load 1 frame and, as I have the performance stats on, it showed the red dings and 460 ping in a sever with 20-30 ping before the update and on the main menu. I do not know what to do.
