I encountered an issue with my account. I did play in season 1, 2, and 3 but all of my badges are missing. I have the battle pass skins, but no badges or stats tracked for then.. I'm not sure what happened there.
I skill have the reactive Havoc skin and the R301 one from S2 but no bp badges..
Per the original news post from when it launched, stats weren't merged as part of cross-progression, only cosmetics and currency - you just kept the stats from whatever platform you had the highest account level on at the time:

So having the cosmetics from those seasons but not any stats or stat-based badges is expected behaviour.
